Great view. Lots of room for cardio and new trails in the woods!
The playground is a bit lacking for the younger toddlers, but still nice. The area is picturesque and even has a shaded picnic area. Large walkway around the lake. My child especially loved the book you could read along the walk.
Beautiful park with a lake for fishing, kayaking, and a park for the little ones to play on. Walk or ride a bike around the lake, or sit and enjoy lunch at the sheltered picnic area. Also a great area for birthday parties, baby showers, or small events. I'm pretty sure you have to book a reservation for any events though.
Always enjoy doing my morning prayer walk from home to and around Emerald Lake weather permitting or when not out of town. It's a quiet and safe area meeting friendly people along the way. County employees do great work keeping up the park.
Beautiful park surrounding a large pond. The ~1.3 mile cement path around the pond is perfect for walking, biking and running. The park includes a large covered picnic area, fully plumbed bathrooms, large playground area, fishing dock stretching out into the pond, and a large body of water perfect for kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding.
