It’s been a long time since Bob and I rented a place and I must say that renting from you guys was a great experience. You were always responsive to whatever issues we had and sent someone to address them promptly. You don’t always get such good service from management companies.
Their rental property management division is horrific. They sent a questionable technician out that broke an appliance. When contacted about the issue, suddenly managers (Cyndi and Butch) ignored all calls and emails. Highly unprofessional group of people.

Cyndi Bates was very helpful and amazing to help me after hours. We had a electrical issue at 7:30 at night on Sunday my family had come in from Virginia to visit . We called and left a voicemail for Cyndi and she returned our call within about 10 minutes . By 9 o'clock she had the issue fixed if I could give this company 10 stars I would . Very professional and prompt service .
