If you get anything at all, get the rendang. It is absolutely delicious. Aside from the cool coming out to greet the guests, that was the only other positive thing I have to say about this place. They have some service issues they need to iron out, but the food is promising.
Friends told me about the great experience they had at this restaurant so I went to see for myself. They were absolutely right. The food came out hot and with a great presentation. Our server Tim was warm and friendly and very helpful with our menu choices. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend going to this restaurant.
Our first experience here was great! Walked in on a Friday night and were seated right away. Wife and I split the shrimp fritter as an app and were both impressed. Both main courses were delicious- my beef rendang was unique and a definite "do again" and her green beans and chicken portion was massive and flavorful. The different spicy sauces are a cool touch. We were very impressed with the quick and knowledgable service, and look forward to coming back soon.
Went downtown when everything was very busy and stumbled towards the piano playing inside. Staff was friendly and the food was very tasty. My friend who is scared of anything "exotic" loved his dish. The chef even came out and talked briefly about those delicious collards. I would recommend!
Fantastic experience. All items were very well crafted and well prepared. every bite was flavorful, but not over powering. Truly enjoyed the skilled craft behind each dish. Love u candle nut❤️❤️❤️
