Very disappointed. Great server... But terrible dinner. Both dishes were cold upon arrival after waiting almost an hour for dinner. We had the Horseradish Crusted Tuna and Crab cakes. Neither were good. Bartender did make some good cocktails...

Wife and I had an early dinner at Havanas and we were very please with the meal and the service. Being that we were in so early our waitress was a little bored and stopped by to chat a little more than we would have like but she was very pleasant and knew the menu well. We had the conch fritters for app, very tasty, my wife had the BTs Chicken and I had the fresh catch done Carolina style for main course. The chicken was excellent and the fish was perfectly prepared. We went with the key lime tart for dessert and it was the only disappointment of the evening. Our waitress was very curious about what we thought of the tart as they had just changed to a new bakery.

I am not a review person but I really felt the need to write this. Not much to say but Awesome. Our server extremely helpful. Excellent suggestions and the Food Was Fantastic!! I had Crab Cake with mash potatoes and the wife had Lobster - shrimp stuff - baked dish. Nothing short of Awesome. The environment was fantastic! Thanks for the food and the service. We liked it so much that if we were not leaving tomorrow then we would eat there again.

Won't go back.

We decided on this restaurant because we wanted to try someplace different from our normal routine in Jacksonville. They offered free valet parking because the lot was full. They were quite busy when we arrived. The hostess said our wait would be 25-30 minutes. We only had to wait maybe 5 or ten minutes. Our wait staff was lovely. They were quick, responsive and polite. And the food was wonderful. We will definitely be eating there again.

The atmosphere is energetic and the tables are spacious. The food is traditional breakfast, but has it's own unique spin. I have had better breakfast, but it was not a disappointment. The service level and environment definitely push the experience to the next level. It's definitely kid friendly and will sit a large group, which is a big plus for me. I had the Nutella stuffed french and I expected more strawberries for the price. More fruit would have added to the flavor of the food and value. It was a good experience overall, and I will return.
