I 'googled' some local roofers and sent e-mails to 3 of them with the best reviews. Alpha Roofing was the only one to reply very promptly and follow-thru with excellent communication. Not only did the owner personally come to assess, but he gave me a video of the roof inspection and sent me photos throughout the replacement. I witnessed his crew spend 45 minutes walking around and making sure that they didn't miss any nails or debris. Wow on everything!
I had a small roof leak and knew the rough location of it. I called alpha and they came out same day. They gave me their honest opinion of what I should do with a couple different options (even telling me what they would do exactly and giving me the option to do it myself rather than pay). Since he had taken the time to come out and the price was very reasonable I had him take care of it. Very happy with their service and will use again in the future.
I called in the morning to obtain an estimate for repairing a leak in my roof. Kevin called back promptly and came out to assess the leak that evening. Kevin was friendly and thorough in looking at our roof and gave my husband recommendations to fix it ourselves. It was great to have someone that's straightforward with suggestions without making us feel like we have to pay to fix it. I called three roofing companies to give me an estimate on replacing my roof. Alpha was the only one that actually went up on the roof and examined it while taking pictures to better inform me. They used quality materials, did an expert job , and was priced right!! Their workmanship is guaranteed but I don't expect I'll need it. I'll be calling them back to do my gutters in the fall!!!
I have used Alpha Roofing twice in the last year to replace / repair the same gutter taken out by different limbs from the same tree! Great service at an excellent price. The first time the house’s original gutter was replaced the day before Hurricane Mathew came through. It was great they could work me in before all the rain started.
