I was closing on a real estate transaction and the other company I was using was unable to get it done by my deadline. I called Baker Roofing two days before closing and they accommodated my needs. They made the situation a lot less stressful and did a great job. I feel the price was very reasonable and they had great customer service. I received a professional quote that outlined everything that was going to be done to repair the roof. They were pleasant and easy to deal with.
The work roof replacement on my house was excellent. I recommended Baker to my next door neighbor and he has Baker replace his roof. I was told by Baker that I would a monetary reward for getting them the job. That was 6 months ago. All I've heard is they are working on it from the salesman. Writing a letter for no response. Shows me once the job is done they're not interested in follow-up
