The repair has been complete for several months and I have had no complaints from the tenant - it's holding up great! I will call Highland Roofing for any future repairs and recommend them to anyone needing quality roof work done for a fair price AND done by a trust worthy company!
We hired Highland Roofing for repairs to a roof on a commercial building. It's not easy to find companies that can actually do commercial roofing work, but Highland can do it. This building is almost 100 years old in downtown Wilmington and is a very unique property. We'd been having leak issues for several months and had previous repairs performed by different companies but no one could get it fixed. We had some people tell us (if they would even call us back) that we needed a new roof or crazy extensive tuck pointing done on the the connecting property. Highland, however, was very responsive, very honest and and did the repair at a fair price. They followed up on their own when there was a delay and kept me up to date on the entire process. To complicate things, I hired Highland to do the repair locally, yet I live out of town and never actually met them!
Had to call employee directly. Tried to call office for 3 days, no answer. Employee stated someone would call the next day. It took 3 days to have call returned. Serviceman arrived at stated appointment time. I told him of problem and he checked the leak at this visit. He found the problem and fixed it. Cannot complain about serviceman's help with problem. Overall, would call again for problems.
Iain Fergusson is an amazing person to work with! He is very clear and concise in his communication. He has a positive, can-do attitude and I would highly recommend Highland Roofing for anyone needing this service!
