FOREVER OUT OF STOCK! The customer service is extremely TERRIBLE. I am a loyal vans customer and I am highly upset with Vans and they have not met my standards in any way, shape or form. I don’t understand how you could release a shoe AND RUN OUT THE NEXT DAY. Give people time to debate on the shoe without being forced to get it due to the fear of it being sold out. DO BETTER VANS. . kiss my asss this is the most ghetto ass brand ive ever purchased from.
Great experience at our local Wilmington Van's store! Located in Independence Mall. I bought my daughter a backpack for school and the zipper lost track and would not stay zipped. They took it back, no questions asked and did not even require a receipt. I just printed off a bank statement. I had called the toll-free Van's number and they were going to consider replacing the book bag if it had not been more than six months, if it was not our fault and if we would send pictures and detailed exclamation etc. etc. It is so nice to do business locally and with a person! Thanks to Spencer and Maggie for your help! You guys made the process seamless and painless! We will be back to shop!
Also I have emailed them twice about the issue and haven't yet received a reply.
5/13/17 I purchased a $53.00 Element skateboard deck and they were out of grip tape. They never offered for me to come back and pick it up when they restocked ; neither did they offer any sort of discount or sympathy. Don't waste your time here on over priced shoes and a slender selection of skate products. Go support your local shops.
The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. The shoe selection is great.
