Always a great selection of cigars on hand. Lior is exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable about his inventory. Always enjoy chatting with him about good smokes he's had and what he is planning on bringing to the store. A great place to have a drink and a smoke while hanging out downtown.
I am a complete beginner and had absolutely no clue where to start as to what would be the perfect cigar for my taste. I asked Lior (Owner) if he could assist me with what kind of flavor I was looking for. I told him that I wanted something kind of mild and comparing it to a vanilla kind of taste. Well he did exactly that!!! And on top of all that he didn't point me into the (more expensive) direction. He was more worried about the fact that I was a satisfied customer!!! I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!!!
I've been to the exchange a couple times and I can say I'll be going there much more. I'm new to the game but this place is great for the amateur or the expert. Great customer service and are always offering their expertise and advice to make sure you get 100% satisfaction with the product. Shoutout to Lior for providing an excellent experience; he's your go to man!
