Drew and the gang are long time favs in this area. I dont mind the name changes, as the heart of the company stays the same in my opinion. I can remember this place from back in the days when Tex was a piercer here (yeah I'm THAT OLD!) Glad to see the place is still up and running. D&R was another great adventure and I enjoyed the events where that participated in. Thanks for the memories guys and I'll be sure to drop by soon.
I’ve actually enjoyed going to this place for the most part. I’ve also spent a fair bit of money there, but today something was off. The guy helping me find some kratom was very friendly and helpful, but the manager/owner guy that rang me up was super rude! Didn’t even have the courtesy to say have a nice day or thank you for your business. He didn’t even offer me a bag or a receipt. I was just awkwardly like OK I’ll just take this and go now. He barely even acknowledged me. I don’t know if they were just having a stressful day or something, but I’m one of the easiest kind of customers to deal with and there is no reason I should of been treated that way! Anyways it definitely makes me wary to return and spend my money there. If you want your business to thrive make the effort when you see I’ve been in your store multiple times to keep me coming back. All it takes is just a friendly attitude.
They have ok selection things u wont find at other shops worth a look around a lot of stuff take ur time id give the store a B- or C+ overall but they have rude staff like they guys with beards from the moment u walk in make u feel like ur annoying them and have a bad attitude just straight up assholes!!!!! because of that and just the overall feel of the store i give it 3 stars
Great selection of products, wide range of quality stuff, affordable price ranges, awesome staff. My only complaint is that this shop is so fragrant that any tobacco products not sealed in a bag ie: gizeh filters, or a pack of papers, soak up the various scents of incense that this shop has always carried, which makes a rolled cigarette not always a good experience.
The guys in here and girls lol they know there stuff and they are very fast to find what you need and make you happy and they great at price
