Always there. Always find great things. Annoyed lately because the prices went up sharply. They either say no or nothing when I mention it. Someone is really raking in the money. Guarantee it isn't the great people who work there. They are very hard workers!!
Easy to make donations, helpful staff will unload. Prices are great here to.
The manager is rude! I'd use other words for him actually.... Refused to take furniture in great condition and refused to take items he hadn't even seen! The items that they are selling are overpriced for heavily used second hand condition. There are other Goodwill locations that are MUCH better than this and understand what the word "goodwill" means. Don't even waste your time here.
This is the worst goodwill in town. It's the least clean. Has the least selection also. This is not a typical Goodwill like they have in bigger cities where they roll out bins... this is sorted by color and not size. It is sorted by category. But this particular Goodwill seems to get the worst of the donations and a lot of the stuff actually shouldn't even be put out on the floor. I've given it several chances ...because just like any thrift store it is hit or miss. But the Goodwill employees in general need to learn better customer service
First off I’d like to say that the store itself is great usually very clean with a friendly staff. However there is one manager that always follows me around the store and and acts like I’m going to steal something. I know I come in later I work an hour and a half out a Wilmington but still no reason to follow me around like I’m doing something wrong and then abruptly cut the lights out without saying anything 15 minutes before closing as I’m trying to sort through a couple of jackets that I was planning on buying I said something to the cashier that he wasn’t very friendly and that it was rude for him to cut the lights out and she completely agreed. he could’ve shown courtesy by saying that was 15 minutes till 8:30 and I needed to make my final selection it would’ve been a be approach then turning the lights out and less likely to piss me off. I shop at this store frequently as it is only a mile and a half from my home. I go to several other good wills in The area and have not encountered lights being shut off on me, or being stalked around the store like I’m doing something wrong. So corporate should really look into this manager as I have noticed that other reviewer’s have had similar situations that I have encountered. I plan to call corporate in the morning about his rude and abrupt behavior.
