I love Dr.Skip and Dr.Stephanie. I went there when I was young and I never had a problem with the doctors. I was with them more than 10 years. You can't find another dentist this great. They are lovely people, really nice and care about you. I live in Florida now, I can't find a good dentist like them. Stop searching and go to this dentist because you can't find great doctors that care and take care of you like they do. They are awesome with kids. I love you Dr.Skip and Dr.Stephanie. :)
My son has been going to Dr Heaney since we moved to NC 3 years ago. I had to switch his insurance to Medicaid so that he could get into a program I needed to get him into. I went in for his appointment and was told that they would not accept his medicaid. I left and went to DSS and got a printout of the dentists that do and they were on it. I called them and was told that they do take medicaid but they aren't running any new medicaid patients at this time. Even though he had been going there for 3 years. The lady I spoke to said she has not idea why that's just the way it is at this time. So because they are temporarily not running any medicaid and my son won't even be on Medicaid forever I have to find a new dentist. They don't care about their patients they will drop you when they don't have to.
I’ve been bringing my kids here for several years. It’s by far the best pediatric dental office in the area. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my 2 year old in for her 1st visit and she didn’t want to leave. Dr. Stephanie and Staci were wonderful!!
