Very helpful and friendly. I got a call from my wife saying her car battery died and I was out of town. I called a friend to jump start her and I sent her straight to Batteries Plus and they had her back on the road in no time. Best battery for the money plus we used the 10% discount to buy online and pickup in the store.

Very glad I had my screen replacement done here! When I had it done, I scheduled an appointment online and got $10 off so that was nice too! The day after it was replaced I noticed shadows on the screen against a white background. I took it back the next day to show them and they replaced it again, for free, saying the screen they used must have been faulty and that it shouldn't have any shadows. I haven't had any issues to date and highly recommend this place for screen replacements! They were very quick too, taking less than 45 minutes both times.

Chris at the Wilmington Batteries Plus Bulbs is a ROCK STAR! The tip of an Aux cable broke off in my headphone jack. I made an appt online (which was impressively easy) for the next day. I went in and Chris warned me that he may need to order a special tool but that he would give it a shot. 5 minutes later and it was out! I teach fitness classes and they are no fun without music. He saved my butt! Thanks, Chris!
Those guys were very helpful. They had my computer order all ready to go. Refunded my core charge on the spot & reaffirmed that my old battery wasn't able to fully charge. Bought a very nice Duracell battery for my Jeep and she fired up like a dream.
