Used to be awesome. New staff new management means terrible unethical customer service. They had been my go to for repairs but charging $30 to $50 for a part that maxes out at 12.99 on newegg and 2 hours of repair time for a computer fan? Price gouge much? They've gotten the last of my busines. Disappointed a great business has deteriorated to this level.
My phone was fixed on time and put back in perfect working order. However, every representative I interacted with was very rude and short with me. If I ever need a device of mine repaired again, I will most certainly consider returning to this location, but it will not be my first choice. I also can't speak on whether the prices are good or not, as I did not shop around before dropping my phone off here.

I had literally gotten my new phone hours before I dropped it, doing the laundry. Anyhoo, my wife took y phone down to Parker and the team at the behest of our awesome T-Mobile rep Amber, and they fixed it quickly and charged us so little. It was awesome. Phone is perfect now!
To get the screen replaced on my Google Pixel (not the XL), it cost me $174 plus tax. When you drop your phone off, you have the option to either pay the full amount immediately, or half when you drop it off and half when you pick it up. This is certainly a good choice to have if you're strapped for cash at the time like I was.
Overall, I would recommend this place if you cannot find any cheaper options for phone repair. Just don't expect to be treated respectfully.
