The second service was having them clone one of my old Laptop hard drives over to a new TB Solid State Drive that I purchased. They were able to do this in a day and have the new one installed with no issues. They even stayed open later for me to pick it up because I was stuck in traffic trying to get there after work.
They did a great job with my iPhone repair after I cracked my screen! Up and running very quickly! Great guys with great customer service! You can count on them to get the job done plus their knowledge of technology is invaluable!

Last, I had a nasty cracked screen on my old iPhone 6 that I wanted fixed up. I came into the office just before closing and they were happy to stay open a little later to quickly get my screen fixed for me and send me on my way.
I brought my MacBook Pro into Computer Warriors to diagnosis why it was not working and I was panicking because all my pictures of my daughter and granddaughter were on there. I was greeted by Tom who assured me he would do his best to retrieve them. He promptly called me to say that the hard drive had crashed and it was a good computer but it was purely my choice as to whether to have it repaired or replace it. I opted for repair since I like the computer. Long story short Tom did a fast, amazing job of restoring my computer and save my pictures which are priceless!! Thank you Tom. I have used the Wilmington Location for 3 separate services. First was a tablet repair for Android tablet which had some salt water splashed on it while out boating. The tablet shutoff and BestBuy said they couldn't repair it and I would have to get a new one. Computer Warriors took apart the tablet for me and found that only the small power port was actually damaged and they simply had to order some parts to repair the board. This way I kept my old tablet and all the information on it. Much cheaper than buying a new one.
