Yoga for the Planet teacher training was truly a life-changing experience. Not only did I obtain a solid understanding of proper asana alignment and yoga philosophy, but I experienced amazing physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. It's a beautiful, safe space for coming to a deeper understanding of yourself and your purpose, opening your heart, and shining with confidence and grace.
Included in the training are lessons that will help you understand how you can save our planet from things like pollution and wastefulness. It's starts with us, one person at a time!!!
