I came to Scott with a very special request. I have a ring that is more than 50 years old-it belonged to my Grandmother. The one very special item I have left from her. It was worn, breaking and I had lost a diamond. I'd taken this ring to multiple other local jewelers and no one would touch it! They all told me it was beyond repair - recommended I scrap it and use the stones for something else. No one understood the immeasurable value of this ring to me. Scott was my last hope. Not only did he tell me he could 'fix it', he told me it would be good as new.
I picked the ring up today and could not believe my eyes. Scott performed a miracle and saved my grandmothers ring! I was in tears as I placed it back on my hand and words cannot express my joy and gratitude for the work Scott did for me. I showed the ring to my mother and, with tears in her eyes she said " Grandma is smiling right now knowing that ring is back on your hand where it belongs"! I can only imagine that it looks exactly like it once did, all those years ago when my Grandfather gave it to my Grandmother.
Two weeks ago we dropped off a 100-year-old family heirloom ring for Scott to restore. The shank was worn thin and part of the setting was completely worn away. Today we picked up a beautifully restored ring that had all the authentic, intricate designs perfectly replicated on the replaced parts. The most wonderful thing is that Scott stayed true to the original design of the ring while making it stronger and keeping it charmingly vintage! We truly appreciate Scott's positivism, great customer service, and high quality craftsmanship.
