Finkelstein's is an odd store. They sell musical instruments and ALL your musical instrument needs primarily portable ones but they have a random jewelry store in there too. Cute place though.
Great music store, but, there is a pay to park next to the building, if looking for better parking there is a place to park near them that gives you a free first hour (it's the best)

I walked in and asked to test a guitar and they told me I had to wait for the only other person in the store to finish playing. I decided to just leave. Is it too much to ask for them to put out extra guitar cables?
I've been taking guitar lessons with Matt for the past few months. He is so extremely patient and is such an excellent teacher. When I suddenly decided that I wanted to go rogue and learn some finger picking, he totally went with it and gave me some pointers that made a huge difference in my sound. He makes lessons fun with new songs that focus on what I'm learning at the time.
I've also purchased a baby Fender guitar from here and the staff was extremely helpful with my purchase. They have a wide variety of guitars, as well as a ton of other instruments. They don't try to push you to buy an expensive instrument, but they listen to your needs and make very reasonable suggestions.
