This was so very disappointing.I drove from an hour away to look at Rolex watches of which going to purchase! Not a light decision I must say. After waiting at the counter for over an hour looking ....NOT one "I'll be with you in one moment "or "can I get someone to help you!" I guess I was judged by the book. I almost laid 1 down cash to see it that got some attention! It's really sad that a company that I thought was so tasteful could represent themselves in such a tasteless disappointing manner! If you have to? drive farther, do yourself a favor and skip this place!
Reeds Jewelers in Wilmington is my Go-To jewelry store! Melissa Beck is unbeatable in customer service. She went the extra mile to help my son design a one-of-a-kind engagement ring. They drove in from Raleigh to work with her personally! I'm always greeted with a smile when I arrive there.
I spend a lot more time than 10 minutes shopping there. I always deal with Melissa Beck (manager) and she is amazing. She is so friendly and very accommodating. I never feel rushed when shopping there.
It's like waiting in line to meet your favorite rock star. Only to be spit on as he leaves the concert hall! I was so looking forward to my first Rolex I have been saving up for! Disappointing to say the least!
Today I went in to the Reeds at Mayfaire. The woman who helped me in the pandora section was SO RUDE, she rolled her eyes at me multiple times. I was there to exchange a pandora ring I got for Christmas which was a size 6, not only was it the wrong size but I also already owned the same one in a size 7, which I had on my hand. She pulled up my receipt on their computer bc I didnt have mine and she said that the receipt said it was a size seven and noticed I was wearing one. So she asked me what size and I told her. She proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t exchange the rings unless I gave her the one on my hand. And then accused me of switching the rings!!! Obviously this was a computer error on REED JEWELERS part. Terrible service!! I ended up going to the reeds at independence mall and Bob helped me exchange my ring with no problem!!
I can't imagine shopping at any other jewelry store.
The other sales associates are great as well, always smiling and greeting you and their repair department is efficient and timely.
Reeds is awesome!!! Great selection and are now carrying John hardy!!! Customer service is amazing. I rarely have any problems but when I do they are all over it with amazing results!!!!
