This past year I became a first time pawn shop customer in need of a cash loan on some of my high value musical instruments. I give the staff and management at Picasso Pawn an A+ for the awesome experience I have had with them. Melinda, Paula, and the rest of the staff have treated my instruments with the finest care while providing me the best loan available in town. Overall the service, value, and entire experience at a Picasso has been better than I had hoped for!!!

I bought a chainsaw today (not knowing too much about what I was looking at). I just want to say, that Ben was extremely helpful and gave me a good deal on a good saw that had minimal issues (and I forget the manager's name, but she was also great, and so was one of the other girls who was helping me with something else right before I bought the saw). I have never been to a pawn shop where people have seemed so honest and been so helpful before. Thanks everyone.
If you are looking for quality products and you do not want to pay full retail prices, then you should go to Picasso Pawn (store number 8 in Wilmington). The store is clean and organized so it makes it easy to browse the inventory. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They carry a wide range of inventory and the customer service is excellant. I have made multiple purchases and I would highly recommend them.
