Never got a call back from supervisor. Not surprised with the idiots they hire, reflects what kind of person the supervisor is. Bunch of a$$holes
I have been sick for 3 day . Yesterday and today I have been trying to see a doctor so I can get help because of Vicky Smith and her colleagues of what they did to me and my money and my medical now i have been in town and had to go out of town to see will they see me but they said they can't do nothing for me.and it is in town to when they told me.
Working with disabled people is a challenge all on its on. These people deal with a lot of paperwork and they are there to help us, I feel blessed to have people like this working for our Country.Thank you for all you do.
I feel these guys are terrific. I can't say enough about how the helped me and put and put me at ease about my benefits
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Called and spoke with the worst assholes who didn't know his job, spoke to me horribly and argued and refused to give me his name and let me speak to his supervisor. When he finally agreed sarcastically to transfer me to his supervisor he hung up on me on purpose. I know this because I called back and the same guy( his jerk voice is inbedded in my mind at this point) he once again hung up on me when I asked to speak to the supervisor. Finally called back again and a very nice, helpful man answered and helped me with the info I needed and did send me to his supervisors voicemail after telling him what had happened prior. I left a message and explained what happened left my name, number and even my social in case they do record the calls like they say, which I hope they do because this jerk needs to be fired! If you don't like your job, quit. Don't take it out on people on disability who have more things to worry about than dealing with a sarcastic man child who doesn't know his job! And if you don't know your job, transfer people to someone who does and doesn't mind helping and doing their job. I doubt I will get a call back from the supervisor but at least I can leave my review for others. Call the main office, don't call this place. I was lucky on my 3rd call to get the nice gentleman I got. I wish I had his name so I could give him props for being respectful and helpful.

Horrible. My daughter was born 5/6. We were told it would take 3 weeks to get her social security card. Three weeks later we called and she hadn't been processed yet. We were told that social security cards take longer coming from the hospital. What?!? A newborn should be top priority. Four weeks later and no social security card. We called and were told, well she's processed. You can come here and fill out a form to get a replacement card. Which will take 7-10 business days to get in the mail. We have 30 days to get her into registered with our insurance company. Looks like we will have a newborn without insurance because our social security office sucks!!!!!!!!!!
