Got there about 4 pm, long line as usual, 4 employee stations open. Another lady came out to help, and line moved quicker. After about 40 minute wait, it was my turn. Employee was very helpful, efficient and fast. I was out the door w/my new tag in 5 minutes. Office far too small for a city like Wilmington.
The clerk that assisted us was very helpful and pleasant.
Hours on Google was incorrect. The title department hours as 8 am. It doesn't open until 9 am.
How about update your website because it says your open 8 to 6 but your door says 9 to 5. Not a good way to start your day when you are expecting to get your tags done before you have to get to work. Thanks.
A most enjoyable sequence of activity..Employees were courteous,caring,and kind...Just moved here from Ohio...ODOT was out to kill all citizens...Nice Here
They made me wait an hour and twenty minutes for a license renewal that took 10 minutes. Think real hard about if you really need the new Real ID or if you can renew online. I wish I could get the Real ID online, but that is impossible. Avoid this office at all costs. I'd give them no stars but Google won't let me.
