I was totally impressed by the staff to begin with, the application process fast and easy and they promised that many of the repairs that needed to be taken care of were already in their plans. When move-in day came around 2 weeks later we went and paid and got the keys and started moving into the property only to realize that literally nothing had been taken care of, the front porch was unstable and moved as you walked over it, the walls were filthy, the oven had a layer of grease across the front and didn't close, there were belongings left in the cabinets and fridge and the fridge handle was broken, lastly and most importantly the listing stated central A/C and Heat and the system didn't work at all, leaving us to resort to the window A/C units which were covered in BLACK MOLD. After staying one night in the home we felt sick and had to vacate. When I approached the downstairs neighbor she said that she has had the same problem and they weren't willing to do anything about it. I am so thankful for Ben and his work on my issues and for ensuring that I would be able to get out of my lease but I am not pleased with the other staff's approach and attitude towards the situation, or to see the listing back online after a week, knowing all of the repairs that are vital to making this property appropriate for living. They also took out of our rent/deposit payment the three days that we were technically in ownership of it even though we were unable to stay there over that weekend. I would not recommend this company overall.
