This company fabricated damages and reported fraudulent charges to a debt collector after a horrendous move in process that left me and my daughter without hot water and air conditioning. Once you're locked into a lease their customer service is abhorrent.
Never use this company! In the end tbey will find any reason to not get your deposit back! For example, we spackled over nail holes but was left no paint to cover. The smart rep there told us to hire a painter to figure out the color. WHAT? Also wanted to hold us responsible for not raking a backyard that was just I just mowed! I have NEVER dealt with such stupidity. During our rental time, we also couldnt get much fixed because the owner didnt have enough money to fix! THEN THEY SHOULD NOT BE RENTING THEIR HOUSE OUT TO BEGIN WITH!
Terrible at returning calls or emails. If there is a problem with your rental they are in no rush to resolve it.
