Better then competition.
The food was alright, over priced. When we ordered combos the receipt said combos, however, they shorted us a sandwich and instead of explaining the situation to me professionally, the guy wanted to bad mouth and degrade. As I threw up my hands to walk away him and the teenage girls behind the counter wanted to make shrewd comments and gestures. 4-6-14 1:15pm
Need a little bit more professional training when it comes to customer service.
We ate at the Wilmington, NC location at Independence mall. First off, there was not nearly enough meat in my sub. I also asked for diced tomatoes and the girl REFUSED to dice up a slice of tomato for me! She said they have slices and that's it and asked if I still wanted it. She gave me the evil eye the whole time. Very very rude. I figure if I'm paying over $9 for a small sub, I should be able to get what I want on it. It would have taken her 30 seconds to dice a slice or 2 of tomato, but she absolutely refused. She couldn't care less if she lost a customer because of it. I definitely won't be going back!
