Favorite place in Wilmington to eat anytime of the day. Their take and bake items are delicious. Flavors are unique and complementary. Proportions are exactly what you should eat, which is nice to feel full and not overly full. Definitely a place to check out.
Great food! Creative menu! If you like vegan or plant based foods, it’s a good place to go. However, if you’re a carnivore there are still great options! Harrison was our server and was super awesome by giving us lots of recommendations.
I went to Epic (having been numerous times before) and ordered a build your own bowl today at 11:50. At 12:35 I still did not have my food. Asked the server to fix my order to go and she asked the guy to fix my number to go and he said he didn't have the order. The server said she could re-submit but after 45 minutes, my lunch time was over. It took the server, the girl who took my order and the person who they said was the manager five more minutes to figure out how to refund my 11.46. I actually said if you will give me 11, I will be out of here. Not once did anyone seem concerned that I had been inconvenienced. I really enjoy Epic's food but the personnel has to step it up if they want me back. Customers do matter!
My favorite place to eat. Gluten and corn free options. Healthy but yummy. Reasonably priced and helpful staff. Best ranch dressing and hamburger!
The burgers here are great! I’m not really all that into health food, but even a non-health nut can get a great meal here. I thought the gluten-free carrot cake with some of the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. The only thing I didn’t like was that the ketchup was not regular ketchup. It was more like tomatoes with spices in it and very runny. It’s ok to have that, but I would just have the option of regular ketchup too. Otherwise, food is great and atmosphere very nice.
