Great BBQ. I have friends who vacation at Topsail Island and they always make the trip to Smithfield's to stock up on BBQ. The restaurant is very very clean and the staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful. The BBQ is among the best I've ever had. I will always go here again. If you're in the mood for BBQ, you MUST go here!!
For a fast food type place, they have fantastic BBQ. Their fried chicken is really great. It's a crispy crust, which I'm not normally into, but I do like theirs. Some of the absolute best sweet tea to be found.
Food is always served hot & fresh! Authentic Eastern NC BBQ. Customer service is on point! Service with a smile isn't just an empty slogan here, it's a way of life! Never disappointed here!
