The service and food are fine. You won't be disappointed in that regard. But the last time I was in the store, I bought a grilled chicken salad and a drink. Everything was fine until I checked my bank account a few days later. I had three charges for that day. One was for the correct charge and the other two were erroneous. I don't know how or why that happened but I have never had that happen to me anywhere else I have ever used my debt card. Beware!
It's fast food, but a higher tier of fast food. Service is quick and prices aren't bad, but they are a little higher than other fast food establishments. Good atmosphere and aesthetic, and the food itself is pretty great, so long as you like chicken.
