By far the best place I have ever been. The staff were incredibly friendly down-to-earth and very knowledgeable whether you're just wanting to start out or you're an expert of what you do, these people will guide you from start to finish for taking the best care of your fish, coral and/or any other underwater sea creatures. This place is a very community-friendly small-buisness company. The store now has my 100% dedication. I will not shop anywhere else for my aquarium needs. Another perk I would love to mention here is the fact that I had my eye on a fish that I seen while on vacation. I described it to them, they pulled it up and they were able to order it for me so they are very knowledgeable and they make sure to help you in any way they possibly can.

Awesome place! I highly recommend this store. Bought many fish here and I have experienced no problems!! The fish eat right away and colored up nicely!! The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly!! This is the only place we have bought livestock from since finding them!!
I have bought several freshwater fish from this store and my entire saltwater tank is stocked from here no complaints, the prices are fair on the fish and their tanks are clean. Staff enjoys the hobby so that shows in their store front, lots of knowledge from the staff and have helped me in getting back into the hobby. I have also bought some equipment from here as well and their pricing is good, comparable to big box stores which is impressive from a local owned. All around a good store, with good prices and good selection.
Recently I've became a big fan of Aquariums and I've been riding hrs to check out different stores,deals and set up's and by far the Wilmington fish room has caught my attention very professional staff the store is well maintained compared to some others and they have plenty to choose from coming here you don't have to worry about slim pickings and they will special order things you may want or need so far job well done I would recommend any and everyone to this store. NO OTHER OPTIONS...

The fish all looked great, the product selection was fantastic and the man helping me was very knowledgeable. We're switching our freshwater aquariums to RO and he knew exactly what we needed to remineralize it for our fish. A+
