Great old school store, exactly like when I was a kid...bike racks in the middle and all...helpful staff, clean, good clearance area...our little guy loved it!...
Today was a good experience. They had the items we needed and best of all nice people to deal with. The 2 young men that helped us and checked us out (Dylan) were extremely nice. I say this because in the past we were treated rudely by past employees. I had decided to try them one more time. Glad I did. Will go back here instead of going out of town or ordering online.
It's a very clean store. It was very quiet when we visited on Sunday afternoon. I think I saw less than 15 other shoppers in the store the entire time we were in there. We were looking for grown up style coloring books with more detail and intricate designs than the average children's coloring book because that's what our third grader requested for her birthday and we Grandparents strive to get it right! I couldn't find more than 4 or 5 to choose from in the Arts and Crafts department, though there may have been different selections in another department in the store. Before I could look any further, my husband found a wonderful kit on the end cap facing the back wall. It consisted of a plastic case containing markers, colored pencils and a good number of coloring pages in variety of subjects; all with enough intricate detail to keep an adult or an older child interested and engaged. Hallelujah!
Great customer service! The lady on the register was extremely patience and friendly with my long order. The manager was Great, very polite and always smiling. Great clearance prices !
They were fast at the cash register and overall good quality products. But some of they're items are like $5 more than target or walmart.
