We used to use another groomer but recently the customer service hasn't been as good as it used to be. As with most dog families, we absolutely love our 'Baby Dog' and she deserves the very best! From the moment Bailey and I walked through the door we felt like we were their only customer - How Refreshing! Our dog has never been softer or had such Royal Treatment! They even gave her a free Blueberry Facial; a first for her! These people are TERRIFIC!!! They will have our business from now on!!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH JESS!!!
I recently took my oversized Pekingnese Milo to this awesome place, which has a boutique groomer vibe, but the people are totally down-to-earth. Becki groomed Miles for the first time and did a wonderful job. Since it's hot, we asked that he be cut real short and smooth, including his face, so she used a 10' blade for the body, and a 7' for the face and ears. Miles looks like an oversized pug now, and his tail has never looked better, as she cut it into a really nice, and easy-to-maintain duster. When we came back to pick up Milo after about 2.5 hours; he was really relaxed, lounging on a bed near the window, people-watching, and there was a Westie playing nearby. Milo is normally not the most amicable or social with other pooches, but he was getting along great with the other pooch, and Becki told us that a hound had been in their company and everyone had gotten along just fine. The vibe in this place is very bright, airy, and the products the groomer use are very professional. The service exceeded our expectations and we will bring Milo again. :)
Hands down the best dog spa around. The staff is always friendly and greet our two labs by name. The prices are reasonable and they always do an outstanding job. Rocky and Sadie love visiting Von Barkee's. They treat our dogs the way we would and you can't put a price on that.
Amazing, friendly staff. They truly love dogs, are dedicated to their clients. They are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. If I lived in Wilmington I would bring my dog here regularly!
Got my Cocker Spaniel, Winnie, groomed here and they did a fabulous job! Winnie hates baths and is super difficult to bathe, and they did a great job with her. She looks awesome and smells great. Very friendly staff and will be returning again!
