I used to absolutely love them and have had no problems up until we went in for an semiannual heartworm test yesterday and when the guy came out to take him back Goku(my English Mastiff) didn't want to go so he stood there and refused to move, the man started dragging him by his leash, which was attached to his gentle leader, it was twisting his nose and snout in horrible ways, he didn't even tell him to come or anything just kept pulling as hard as he could and dragging him by it..I immediately walked over and told him to stop and not to do that and that I'd walk him back. I've taken my dogs here for almost 10 years but I'm pretty sure I'm switching vets now due to this, if you don't know how to treat animals then you shouldn't work with them. It took everything in me not to flip out since I had my 3 year old daughter with me...
Excellent people! Very large office yet intimate service with much compassion and care. My boys got neutered there and I had usually just taken my animals to the humane society. This procedure included after surgery pain relief and I felt horrible because it had never occurred to me that they would need it. I couldn't stop thinking about the poor cats I watched recover without pain relief. Excellent care. Excellent prices and they don't bully you into more care than needed and we got an appointment fast. Always the first vet I recommend when asked and I'm so happy to be in the family.
