Great Vet!! Dr. Jenkins ( no relation) takes great care with my cat- my cat actually likes to go into the vet now. The Vet techs are knowledgeable and kind as are the front desk staff. They are always willing to answer questions and everyone does a great job at keeping my nervous cat and her nervous momma calm. They have been great to work with during emergency situations as well as yearly checkups. Dogs seem to love it here too!
The staff is amazing, helpful and eager to help. We have probably seen every Doctor they have had over these 15 years and never met one that we thought didn't have our pets best interest at heart.
We have been customers of Needham Animal Hospital since we moved to the Wilmington area in 2002 with 5 cats. They have always been there for us through good happy times, regular visits and the very rough times that we had to say goodbye to our cherished fur relative/friends. We have adopted 4 cats from them and used Needham for all of our veterinarian needs. We truly love all of our cats and trust Needham completely while they are in their care.
The entire staff at Needham is hands down incredible. From regular visits to emergencies they have gone above and beyond for my dogs well being. Professional and compassionate staff, clean and safe atmosphere, I won't take my pets anywhere else!
Wonderful Veterinarian and staff! I am out-of-town and had to bring my dog in to have a wound looked at - he ended up needing to be euthanized. The veterinarian and her staff were very nice and helpful. They made this difficult time as bearable as possible. They treated myself and my dog with the best care. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and caring place to take their animal.
I took my rescue kitten there for a spaying and vaccinations and it was a very pleasant experience (though maybe not from the cat's opinion!) Staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. All costs were laid out beforehand so there were absolutely no surprises. Dr. Chappell did an excellent job with everything to the point where the night I brought my Ahsoka home she quickly regained some of her mobility and by the next morning, aside from the shaved fur and little stiffness, my kit was acting as if nothing had happened and was crawling all over everything! I highly recommend Needham if you have a fur baby who needs some medical care. I will definitely be returning for all my cats needs. Excellent work guys!
