I rarely leave reviews, but after purchasing my Hummer H2 from Blondin Auto, I simply had to. Trevin was fantastic, and I purchased the car 100% online at a fantastic price and flew from Maine to NC to pick it up. Things could not have gone smoother. I've been in the car sales industry in the past, and know what the run around looks like. Trevin and his counterparts could not have been more helpful and friendly. The vehicle was actually in better shape than expected, with lots of extras that weren't even mentioned, and Trevin made things so easy, even picking me up at the airport in my new car. All of my questions and concerns were addressed, and he even threw in some extras that he didn't have to. When I need another vehicle, my first stop will be Blondin Auto's website, before I even look around locally. They are that good! Tell them Dave from Maine sent you . :)
At first I gave these people a 5 star...not now. Had the car a month, had to chase them down for my tags. Then the cars check engine light came on. Bought the car with a "bumper to bumper warranty" which is a joke. After almost 2 weeks with the check engine light on, they finally helped me get it in the shop. The shop had it for over a week and I had to pay 300 dollars to get it back. I shouldn't have had to pay a dime. When I contacted them about why I had to pay, they never offered to help. A complete shame. Still really nice people to your face but typically car sales men in the end.
