Only reason they are getting one star is because I can’t rate lower. We’ll say the one star is because of their friendly personalities. That is it. I visited the lot today and it seemed as if they didn’t even want to make a sale. Offered them money down, a trade in, and a co-signer. They would not even try to work work with me. Absolutely incredible how they let a sale walk right out of the door. I am a sales manager myself, and I would have been written up for letting an easy sale walk like that. I was ready to buy TODAY. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you have over $4,000 ready for a down payment, which is absolutely insane for a $17,000 vehicle. Extremely disappointed in this company.
I just have to take a minute to say a few things about your sales representative named Joseph Speaker. Even though it took a tremendous amount of cars to get me into one Joe was always calm and patient when I asked him to show me more. Never once did I feel pressured into buying a certain car which made me feel great! He is certainly a one of a kind sales representative!
