Ended going to another dealership and purchased a 2018 Platinum SUV for $60K plus After going back to GMC second time and after the sales rep made a comment that, "since you do not like the color, why waist the time". We wanted to look at Platinum SUV and get the feel of the SUV and ideal for comfort. Really wanted a Ford but now we don't.

This was, without a doubt the most positive car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I came to Bob King to look at a Buick Cascada. I was in the market for a new car and I wanted a convertible. I had my eye on a used Cascada in Sanford NC but wanted my husband to see a Cascada before I bought it. We came into the show room and Mr. Carrol met us at the door, introduced himself and let us look at the cars you had on the lot. We drove one and loved it and we were going to buy the one in Sanford but when Mr. Carrol started talking numbers Sanford went out the window and I bought a buick from Bob King. I had pre arranged financing and your finance manager beat my credit union inside out and the deal he presented was fantastic. Your service people were awesome, your salesman was awesome, and your finance guy was awesome. They took care of everything and it was so easy. I love my Cascada and the next time I buy a car it will be from your dealership. Thank you all so much- you have a life long customer with us.
