My grand father bought a van about a month ago. He had a wheelchair lift from this company included in the price. I told them from the beginning that we were moving out of state on the 19th and they told us no problem that they could have it done. Well here it is the 20th and we still haven't had it installed. It has been excuse after excuse. So to use the new van I have to lift up the very heavy power chair.
