Chuck was a true professional. Helped me get a vehicle for my wife in the late evening on a Saturday. Had what she wanted at a very, very reasonable price (compared to other lots in ILM). It was a quick painless process and we were on the road. That was 1 year ago and we have had ZERO issues with the vehicle. So after the full year I am writing the review because everything he told and sold us was straight up. Bonus, you can send the kids over to Sahara to get some food while you shop and test drive. Great job, we will be back.
I bought my car from here and was thrilled with the experience from start to finish. They treated me like a real person and didn't waste my time, make me feel uncomfortable with ridiculous upsells or pressure me in any way.
