When I explained that their website had inaccurate information, and all the hassle I'd been through, they looked at me like I was an alien, didn't say a word, and didn't even offer to help me lug the boxes back to my Jeep.

I have been selling to them the past couple of years, I started using them for re-sale of my childrens clothes after i felt ripped off at another store in town, the first couple of times i sold i felt my clothes were priced resonably so i continued to use them to buy & sale. However, the past 3 times i have sold my childrens clothes, & mind you these are NICE clothes, polo RL, carters etc, in GREAT condition & They were priced lower than the amount of clothes they bought. example: 8 items of mine were taken & offered 4$ so whats that .50 an item?? then they turn around & throw a 10$ price tag on it, I guess thats how they make their money. I can understand .50 for a onsie or a t-shirt but for a since 3t 30$ RL sweater? um no. I told myself the last time this happened i would not be back & sure enough they did it again. I Will not be back or will i refer anyone else to get ripped off.
Very aggravating experience! Their website says they purchase items until 6 on Saturday. I loaded up a bunch of stuff and got there at 3:30. The hours on the door say they only purchase until 3 on Saturday. Innocent mistake, so I loaded it all back up and came back during the week at 3 (they purchase until 6 on weekdays). I brought several boxes in, signed the paperwork which explicitly said you can leave your things there, only to be told they had changed their policy, and that I'd have to stay there while they look through it. Since I had to pick my daughter up from school, I was unable to stay, and I had to load it all back up again and leave.
Love this place and I have been shopping and selling here for a long time!
