I delivered here on June 6th of 2017. This was awesome place! The staff are friendly and understanding people. I'm thankful for all the doctors and nurses that took great care of my twins while they were in the NICU.

I gave birth here on September 20th, 2017. Subsequently, we had a two week stay in the pediatric unit. The worst part for me was an improperly placed catheter during Labor by a student, but I understand that this is a risk of allowing students to perform procedures and that next time I can make a more informed decision. Although our stay had its ups and downs, this hospital definitely deserves five stars for the nursing staff alone. In the two weeks we were here, every single nurse that took care of my daughter and I was more amazing than the last. They were kind, patient, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and they were always there to help out or answer any questions that we had. By the time we left, they all loved my little girl and were sad (but happy) to have to say goodbye to her. The rooms are nice and very clean, the staff are quick to respond to concerns, and we really made use of the family lounge in the pediatrics unit for storing our food and doing our laundry. It made our stay so much more comfortable. I personally didn't like the room service food, but for hospital food it is still better than most. The lighthouse cafe had some very delicious offering though. I would deliver here again in a heart beat.

Just had my son on July 4th. This hospital is top notch. I couldn't of asked for a better birth and experience. All the nurses treated me like family but my favorite was Shelby in mommy & baby. She was incredible!! I had such a good experience that I was a little sad when I had to leave.

I had an appointment at 830am for an ECV, I've been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hrs now, haven't been able to eat or drink for over 12 hours and counting "because it's procedure". We've had no one check up on us or even tell me what's going on. My mother goes to the desk and asks what's taking so long and the lady proceeds to say " I've called someone already, i don't know what you want me to do". My mother then tells her we've been here a couple hours and the lady gets back on the phone " there's a woman here who won't leave me alone". A nurse then comes to me in the waiting room and says " just sit here and wait we don't have a room available". Last I checked this was a women's and children's hospital, I'm 2 weeks from my due date, uncomfortable and very cranky. The staff here should be more accommodating and less rude. It's ver unprofessional for to have not one but two different staff members to give my mother and I attitude because they aren't doing their job. I've very displeased and will be calling someone about it once I leave. I hope when I come in to deliver my son they are much more comforting and reassuring. They are not by any means making me feel at ease here. This is my first child, I'm nervous and anxious enough. I don't need the staff here to be unpleasant on top of it.

I delivered here on August 18th and the entire experience was phenomenal. The L&D nurse, Tita and another one who took over her shift (I forgot her name but her actions and character were unforgettable) were so compassionate and nice the entire time I was in labor. When I was transitioned to mom & baby unit, I had 2 awesome nurses as well, Meghann & Sarah! Both of them heard me out whenever I had concerns over my newborn and with breastfeeding. I absolutely loved my stay here and would recommend pregnant women to go to this birth center!
