I was travelling in the area and had a problem. Not knowing where to go I looked for a walk in clinic with good reviews. This one had them and the reviews were correct. I went there at opening time and was the first one in the door. The receptionist was pleasant, efficient and made me feel like a valued customer (which is not common in many medical facilities).
Place was Great!! Clean, Fast, Ashley was more then helpful, nice, direct, and to the point!! Was out of there within a hour!!! Will def. return here if have any other problems.. Been to a few of this is Wilmington this was the fastest one!!!!
Very quick, just required to have two containers of urine samples which I was not prepared for, kind of hard to pee in a cup when you're put on a spot. Other than that it wasn't a bad experience!
As a new customer the check in process was fairly simple. I was taken by Bradley the PA. He was awesome ! He made a quick diagnosis, spent time to explain the situation as well as to answer questions I had.
Fantastic experience. Super fast. I have been here twice and both times the staff is fast and friendly. The PA is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this place!
He referred me to a specialist for a quick follow up who was equally awesome. I highly recommend this FastMed location.
Unfortunately, I had a reaction to sunscreen sprayed on my lower legs and feet while at Wrightsville Beach. Bad blisters and swelling made walking nearly impossible. I received prompt treatment from the PA at this location and two prescriptions to treat the symptoms. The staff was prompt, courteous and attentive to my needs! I would highly recommend this location for any emergency treatments that you would need! ( I would go back if necessary, if I didn't live 800 miles away).
