I took a lot of jewelry in to have it cleaned. Some of the chains tangled in transit. As I was trying to untangle them, Nikki said she would untangle them before she cleaned them. And she said they would be ready in a few days. When I went in to pick up my jewelry, Mr Snowden assisted me. The fee for service was extremely reasonable. For sure, I will shop there in the future.
Extremely friendly environment every time my watch has broken they have fixed it for no charge. Even though it is a minor fix I really appreciate the service. Every other store in town has charged me $5. Still a rather small fee but like everything it eventually adds up. I recommend this Jeweler over any other in town!

I recently got my ring sized here. The ring seemed to fit well when I picked it up and now it’s loose again. I didn’t really like how they tested to find out what size my finger was. I don’t wear rings ever so I didn’t know how this was supposed to be done. I spoke to a few people and they said it’s kinda weird that they had me try the size band on that was attached to like 50 other sizes, it weighed the ring down so it was kinda confusing for it to feel right. I’ll probably have to get it resizes again. The ring sizer thing was a huge distraction for someone who doesn’t know about ring sizing.
Except for buying a ring for my wife, I had no idea of what kind I wanted to buy or what I could even afford. I gave Mr. Snowden the budget I had in mind and he and his staff made recommendations, and ultimately educated me and helped me decide upon a long overdue (20 years) engagement ring for my wife.
