Amazing staff, I will never take my animals any where else!
I don't understand vet clinics such as this one that claim "To be compassionate and that the animals care and health come first". I scheduled an appointment here for my very sick fur baby only to find out that if I could not pay my vet bill in full on the day of service, that my dog would not be seen or treated. Just because I have an average job and am an average person DOES NOT MEAN THAT I LOVE MY DOG ANY LESS than the person who has plenty of money to pay for their pets medical care in full the same day of service. I would gladly NOT EAT FOR A WEEK to pay for my fur baby's medical bill, but unfortunately I can't afford to pay it in full on the same day of service. How is that treating ALL ANIMALS EQUALLY and making an animal's medical care EQUALLY ACCESSIBLE FOR EVERYONE'S PET?!?!?!
We're from out of town & our dog needed to be seen. One of the staff members came out to lobby to let us describe was what going on with our dog. The Dr & staff was great! They referred us to the emergency hospital. The staff was very concerned for the well being of our dog.
WHERE IS THE COMPASSION????? HOW IS THIS PUTTING THE ANIMAL'S HEALTH AND CARE FIRST????????
I'm SO HEARTBROKEN to think that my fur baby may pass because I can't afford to pay for her vet bill in full on the same day of service as opposed to in three or four payments. I was told by John, at this clinic, that I could apply for Care Credit to pay for my dog's medical bills in which I told him that I had already applied and had been denied to which he replied "oh ok, then we will need the full payment on the same day of service as we do not offer any payment plans".........
Absolutely the best vet! My dog loves pulling in and is never scared. Amazing grooming, daycare and boarding services.
I can't say enough about how wonderful this group is. When our dog was attacked and injured, our regular vet said they were too busy to see her! Wilmington Animal Healthcare saw her immediately, even though they were short two vets that day. Every single person who works there genuinely cares about you and your pet. They took great care of us. We will never go back to our old vet!!
