Love this store! Always has the cutest dresses and tops for a reasonable price. The owner and staff are always friendly and add to the overall experience of the shop. I make sure to stop in whenever I'm in that part of town.
I love this store! Their Instagram is great and they always update with new arrivals. I can find dresses for every day, work, or more formal events. I most recently discovered their bamboo cotton dresses and they are the BEST. I can't get enough! They have a great selection of jewelry and other accessories to complete your look and they are so helpful! All around, a great place to shop!
If they can help you, they go out of there way! They carried smaller bralettes that needless to say, didn't fit my rather larger chest and after asking for larger sizes, they got them in! Now that's customer service! I recommend Anyone and everyone to check them out!
I bought my sister a romper here for her birthday; it was adorable. The first time my sister went to wear it, she noticed a rip in one of the seams. When she called the store, she was informed that we had passed their 14 day return time frame and there was nothing they could do because, "they weren't a big store like Nordstrom". They are correct, we did pass the 14 days; my sister lives in another state and it took me time to get it to her, for her to realize there was a rip, and then time for her to get it back to me in North Carolina. We weren't looking for anything for free, just a replacement or exchange. After all, who wants to pay for something that's damaged and unusable? As a consumer, I try to shop local, but this is one local business I won't visit again. While local businesses aren't always able to compete with prices of large retailers, stellar customer service is what often sets them apart and draws in customers; not so in this case. Instead of replacing or exchanging the $50 romper and having a happy, returning customer who would've likely spent far more than that over time, they now have an unhappy customer who will not recommend them to others in the community. What a shame.
