I'm giving this three stars because at least the doctors we meet there are decent people that want to help.
I went there to be seen..100%SC, I was told I would be called back with an appointment time. So I left my number and left....so far 4 days ago, still no call. I will update this if they call. I doubt they will. Thank you VA
Uodate 2, I took the appt for june 30th, they called me on june 14th to tell me my doctor was going on "vacation" and wont be available until september for rescheduling. Needless to say, I moved away from this area, another failed VA. End of review. Dont waste your time with this VA.
I called 5 times to see the podiatrist.5 times my call was forwarded and 5 times no one ever answered.
Update: 3 weeks later, no call. So I called them again, I spoke with primary care who informed me I can get an appointment, but not until the end of June. I asked for an appt on jan.3,2017. That is almost 6 months for an initial appt with a Primary Care doctor not a specialist. Run away from the VA, pray for Trump to fix this.
Been here a hand full of times now and they seem to be some of the nicest people on earth. Getting appointment on the other hand takes months but once you have one set up then yea everything is a smooth as can be.

This is the worst concentration of telephone tag I have ever seen. I think they have a game as to who can get by with the most forwarded and un received calls!!
I have had both good and bad experiences here. My dentist here at the VA is exceptional. I’ve had three doctors since transferring my healthcare to this clinic from Fayetteville. My current doctor is excellent. Trying to get through to the clinic using the phone is poor. There are times when they are very understaffed. My personal dealings with the staff have been very good. They have been respectful and helpful to me.
I have attempted to call the Pharmacy 13 times in the last half an hour. I get disconnected every time I press 1.
I'm taking care of my father, and work two jobs. Don't really have time for this. You'd think the biggest organization on the planet could afford a decent phone system.
