Very polite and professional add explained everything thoroughly. I left there not hearing very good news but they made the news sound as if they could do something about it and that is very important to me. A very professional staff and when I had to make a phone call to ask a question I was not made to feel as if I should've listened better, I was helped right away and was not made to feel like my question was silly. I like Dr. Childs, it's hard to put your finger on exactly what it is but there's something about him this very likable.
