A huge part of medical care is feeling heard! Getting your test results! This facility did not follow through with either one. There is a tremendous disconnect with this part of their practice.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Everyone is very polite and very helpful. Never waited very long in the waiting room or even when the take you back. Thank you Dr. Ramage and staff for making me more at ease.

Dr. Gramley - (5 stars) is GREAT! However hope you never have to speak with Teresa - (to bad we do not have a choice for negative stars!) who handles setting up payment arrangements. She is the rudest person I have spoken to who handles patient services. I used to be in the same type of position she is in and my boss would have fired me on the spot if I spoke to patients the way she spoke to me. I have an appointment to see Dr. Gramley and plan on letting him know what goes on when a patient is asking questions.

I told the doctor I had a large history of Diverticulitis in my family - 3 Aunts have had to have colon resection surgery for diverticulitis. The pains were difficult to describe because they were so random. Because of this I truly felt I wasn't really being listened to or taken that serious. It was very frustrating. I told him I met my deductible for the year and would like any tests that would be appropriate for this, before the end of the year (6 weeks away). He scheduled the colonoscopy with his colleague, who had a more open schedule.

Out of complete frustration of never getting my results, I called the GI office and asked to speak to a manager. The person I spoke with told me someone from their facility left a message a couple months ago to call them back. I told her, I DID return their phone call (which they said they have documentation of) but had to leave a message because no one ever answers their phone. It always goes to voice mail. No one ever called me back. And I never heard from that facility again.

There are too many Gastroenterologists in the area to have to go to a facility that makes you feel this way.

I feel if the person on the phone was a little more sympathetic and a little less 'putting the blame on me', I would not be inclined to leave this review. Customer service is everything. Especially when it comes to health care. Especially when you are in pain! I felt I was not truly heard during this visit, I felt I was just a number and I felt there was absolutely no follow through with results.

The nurses are AMAZING and truly care about their patients. Dr. Gramley is very thorough and gives great care.

After the colonoscopy (in recovery), I was told I had one diverticula. That it was something I did not need to worry about. "It would not cause me any problems". This new Dr. assured me that one diverticula was nothing to worry about. So this was now off my radar. Months go by.....I never got any results from the facility of any of my tests (CT or Colonoscopy results). A month after these tests, I went to my GYN with pain, during that visit my GYN told me my colonoscopy results. This was weeks after my colonoscopy. She was shocked I had not heard anything from the GI facility at this time about the results. Now 2 1/2 months have gone by, I have not heard anything about my CT results either. Now the pain has come back severely and I assumed it was GYN related (since I have heard nothing from the Gastroenterologist). I called to make an appt. with my GYN dr. and brought up the possibility of kidney stones? I had done some research and the pain seemed similar to kidney stones. She looked up my chart and asked if the gastronenterologist had called about my CT results I had months ago. I told her no. She told me that it showed kidney stones in both kidneys! I had no idea! Now I am in severe pain. Very upset. At this point I did not know if they are kidney stones or not. I was told to make an appt. with my Family Doctor for Kidney Stones. So now I saw her yesterday and you can imagine my shock when she told my I had DIVERTICULITIS! (Which was completely off my radar, since I was told this would never cause me problems) ---- So now I need to deal with Diverticulitis AND my family Dr. sent me to see a Urologist for the kidney stones that they see in my kidneys from the CT scans that I never got the results from.

I came to this facility to help me figure out my lower left quadrant pains.

The Staff is awesome and the Doctors are amazing and actually care.

This is when I became "lost in the system"
