This place is the worst. They refuse to hear what the patient is going through. They dont take high risk patients seriously enough. They don't understand that a person knows their body better than them. They make you feel awful like you are over reacting. But in reality you are not and have had bad past experiences with other pregnancies. Just the worst place I personally have been to. You always see new Dr's they rarely have any experience. What happen to having a choice of wether you want a student Dr or a real dr with atleast 15 yrs experience??.
Doctors are rude. The nurses are worse... I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I'm young and pregnant with my first child, I am condescended by nurses, my symptoms and complaints were not taken seriously. This ended me up in the ER. The front desk said they had my insurance on file, which was false. I was charged without insurance for three appointments, bloodwork, and ultrasounds. Doctor gives nasty looks and I felt so uncomfortable here. Again, this practice is poor and I do not recommend it to anyone.
Don't waste your time here. Didn't even make it to the back to speak with a doctor, or even a nurse. The front receptionist was rude as hell to me. I'm a newly young mother, this was going to be my first appointment. They refused to see me due to my address change and wouldn't recommend me to a OBGYN in my area. All she said was "ha, good luck." With a smirk on her face. I wasn't aware that they couldn't just transfer my blood work and interview to a doctor in my area when I transfer (which makes no sense, shouldn't they?) I just wanted to make sure that my baby and I are healthy, guess I have to wait another three weeks again. If I could rate this a 0 I would. Terrible service.
I've had nothing but great experiences, from the doctors, nurses and staff. I was extremely sick in the beginning of my pregnancy and they really supported me. I was nervous being on medicaid and what to expect but I think they have gone above and beyond. I also recommend "Centering" be sure to ask about it. Dr Garcia, I met in the ER and she was wonderful, I am currently a patient of Dr Craft and she's really great too. It's my first pregnancy and they have really been helpful with information and listening to my concerns. Sue Ramsey is also amazing for anything extra you may need. I would highly recommend this practice and plan on going back for future pregnancies.
Do yourself a favor and do NOT come here. As a patient I feel like it does not matter what I have to say it how I am feeling all. All they care about is just shutting you up and just getting you out of their office.
