A fantastic group of physicians for family medicine and specialist. We continue to use the WH group for everything from prenatal, family medicine, and all other referral services that arise.
Unprofessional office staff. Disorganized people who communicate nothing at all during patient check-in. They say they'll call with results and never do, you call and they say they'll call you back, but again they never do. Horrible, trashy, dirty place. We will never, EVER come here again.
Rude and extremely unprofessional
Most of my doctor's are in this group. They are very professional and seldom make you wait more than 15 minutes.
May be the worst experience medically ever! I went in to get checked out after hearing a pop in my hamstring playing football. When the doctor came in, the first words were, “you know there’s nothing we can do for this”. After telling me what I already know from dealing with sport injuries, she tells me to stand, and then proceeds feel the wrong leg. I tell her it’s not that leg and she is still examining the wrong leg with my pants on. If she would have examined the actual injured leg with the naked eye, she would have seen the extremly large bruise. She then tells me she will be right back, and that she was going to do some research. Upon return she tells me that she looked at reviews and thats how I was diagnosed. So basically google diagnosed me. She asked me if I wanted to have it wrapped and if it wasn’t for the nice nurse, I would have just walked out of there just like I walked in. Thanks to the nurse who actually suggested crutches and acknowledge my extensive limp. I was also told that I was referred to a orthopedic, and that they will be in touch......well 38.5 hours later I was told I wasn’t able to be seen until November 16th. (Today is October 18th). Still in pain, still with no direction I have decided to seek other medical options. Needless to say I will never be back there again, and they are welcome for the $35 I donated to Wilmington Heath walk in clinic Porters Neck! I hope it all goes to the nurse who actually made me feel like a patient instead of a hassle.
