These people are awful. Today was my second experience not being able to get ahold of anyone after calling all day. Last time I had to wait THREE days to hear back from someone about my prescription I needed immediately. Today I called first thing this morning, no answer of course as usual, and never received a call back to schedule a much needed appointment after calling several more times throughout the day and not reaching anyone. It says on their voicemail they'll return calls/voicemails after 4:30 the next day. What about calls made early? Clearly you make those people wait days also. So incredibly unprofessional and it enrages me! I've never dealt with this from any dr's office ever before. All the front desk should be fired because they can't do their jobs, clearly.
Worst doctors office in town. And I've spent a great deal of time at many offices around Wilmington. They don't call back, they cancel your appointments without telling you, then make it your problem. They are as rude and unprofessional as they come! Horrible. Just horrible. If you are out of your thyroid medication, don't expect a refill or a call back, even if you call during "normal business hours". Seriously, WORST doctor in town! Worst I've dealt with ever actually. Hate them! Especially Micheal Favorito (or however you spell his name). TERRIBLE PEOPLE!
